At SINGER®, we stand behind the quality of our sewing machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SINGER® account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional items to ensure a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
